A complete product design system for a Shopify-style storefront platform built for small and medium businesses.
Problem
Bizzscribe set out to give small and medium businesses a way to launch and run an online store with no coding or design skills required, but needed a full product design foundation before development could begin: a merchant dashboard, an internal admin panel, customer-facing storefronts, and the brand and marketing assets to launch the platform itself.
Solution
Fuyyo ran product discovery sessions and user research with real prospective merchants to validate use cases and uncover pain points before designing anything. From there we designed the complete merchant dashboard (100+ screens), Bizzscribe's internal admin panel, the customer-facing storefront experience, a mobile app for merchants to manage their store on the go, email templates, the Bizzscribe marketing website, and the brand identity and logo: a full design system spanning the entire platform.
Outcome
The complete design system, spanning merchant dashboard, admin panel, storefront, mobile app, and brand identity, was delivered over a 3-month engagement and is now in development ahead of Bizzscribe's public launch.
